What I liked

During my 11-day stay, I received consistent highly professional care at every level from diagnosis and treatment to comfort and hygiene. Due to the bitter winter, staff illness and holidays, it was a very stressful time for the staff, but they never showed it to me. They were most patient abut coming to my room for the most trivial requests; for example when it was paiful for me to reach my glasses. I was given information about my condition and the treatment options in a kind and clear way.
