"Disappointed with a lack of respect"

I visited the Dental surgery, and had to return as I felt I hadn't received the required care towards myself and teeth..for cleaning..

I have many ailments,diseases,conditions..and have been on a lot of anti-biotics..this year especially.and I know that these and long-term effects of other medications have affected my teeth, gums,tongue,mouth..

The dentist proceeded to tell me that If I wanted whiter teeth or any other form of cosmetic surgery to go elsewhere. I did NOT ask them for that..I reminded the dentist that at my first appointment they'd told me, they would NOT let me loose teeth, and that they understood about the diseases and meds.. well, not only are my teeth 'grounded down' through grinding them, and the sleep apnea etc., pain, saliva gland infections and continuing dry mouth, stained not just tobacco..

Quite frankly I am dismayed by what I feel is a real lack of respect..and care of good practice..I am not of the nature of materialism and superficial 'fronts'..

I am housebound and predominately bedbound.. I feel the dentist had no respect, no interpersonal skills..
