What I liked

I have to day that Podiatry is very good in particular one staff member who is always very friendly, open and honest. It is a shame that other departments do not learn from her example.

What could be improved

Whenever I have an appointment at loughborough there is always some problem. Either an appoinment has been miss made or you end up waiting for 30 -40 minutes for your appointment because nobody is at the desk or consultants are running late/unaware that you are there. This is a particular problem with the foot therapy and rhematoloty outpatients departments.
