What I liked

i was taken onto ward 20 day case surgery and i have found it to be the best hosp in the north east by far. the nurses on the ward were all really polite and helpful to me throughout the day it was explained to me on 3 occasions what to expect in theatre and when i returned. when my neighbours came to take me home the staff where very welcoming to them aswell making them cups of tea whilst they waited. all i can say is top job by all and many thanx
