My nephew was poorly, we were taken to the childrens A&E department by ambulance.
The two nurses who greeted us were lovely, professional, yet very caring and gentle. They explained everything they were doing and were very reasuring.
Not only did they sort my nephew out, he left a happier little boy. As was his mum who was reassured about what she needed to do for him.
