What I liked

some of the staff made a effort to help you because as a patient you are scared of what enviroment you are in.

What could be improved

due to rochdale staff and oldham staff having to work together the staff could only complain about each other and this could be heard on the wards which didnt make any patients at ease as they felt over worked and understaffed! that i could not see.

But what was most upsetting was the standards on T5 dirty, smelly, broken tablets on the floor, i had to clean the toilets eveytime i went , one of the patients was sat there smoking at the side of her bed, ect,ect.

I am terrified of coming to this hospital yet some of the staff you have here are excerllent.

i wish i did not feel like this but something needs to be done.
