What I liked

I am writing on behalf of my mother who was a patient on E4 and then E1. The care given by the multi-disciplinary team, including nursing staff, allied health professionals and medical staff was excellent. The multi-disciplinary staff were kind, caring, efficient and very supportive of both my mother and myself as her next of kin. Thank you so much!

What could be improved

A greater choice of food for patients who have difficulty with swallowing. Very limited for patients who are admitted for any length of time. Otherwise nothing comes to mind.

Thank-you for your feedback in regard to your experiences when your mother was a patient at North Manchester.

Your positive comments will be forwarded to the appropriate managers on the wards who, we are sure, will wish to share them with the rest of their team. In addition, your point regarding the choice of food for patients who have difficulty swallowing will be passed to the relevant department for consideration.
