My friend recently spent several weeks in The Royal Bolton Hospital
I found it unbelievable on several occassions that her bed was stripped and left unmade as there were no blankets or sheets available.
Staff had to wait until later in the day went supplies were delivered to make the beds.
The pillows she had were so flat and yellow they were useless.
