"Nightmare"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

What could be improved

Nurses attitude towards patients a bit of interaction with the patient would have been nice

Anything else?

This whole experience of my daughter having her first baby has been a nightmare, She was due to be induced on Thursday and told to ring at 8.00am and was finally admitted at 4.30pm and given her first pessary, She was then checked again and given another pessary at 6.00am and was told the doctor would be back later on it is know 11.40pm and the doctor has just returned. They have been given no information all day and just left to get on with it. The ward she is in has no windows and the air is stale. When I rang to find out how she was they couldn't even tell me that she was on the ward due to data protection and yet people can walk onto the ward at will as the buzzer entry system is not monitored by staff, visitors let each other in and out
