Anything else?
Treated (and continue to be under this department post-op) for a urethral structure.
The whole team from diagnosis through op and to follow up and have been very caring and very good.
Only downside really was the issue that I was initially advised that I would be visiting one day to be taught 'self-dilation' and it turned out they they were actually to be performing the outpatient operation where they treat the stricture with the 'balloon thing' - which then means a week or so of catherterisation - which came as a bit of a surprise!
That issue aside the operation was performed with care and precision (if that's the word I'm looking for) - and was very successful.
I continue to visit the dept for my 'flow rate' checks each year and all is well!
Thanks team!
