What I liked

My consultants and specialist nurse were great and kept me informed of how the operation and my treatment went. I thought the pre-op day was good as all information given in one visit. Staff were good but overworked on ward - not enough of them especially at night time.The staff who contacted me on my enhanced recovery programme were helpful. My specialist nurse is still keeping in contact with me even though I am now under Oncology at the UBHT.

What could be improved

More staff on Ward 203 to have time to actually answer any questions and be more helpful to patients

Anything else?

All staff and facilities were good taking into account the pressures.
