What I liked

I have been attending various clinics at this hospital since March. My treatment and care has been faultless. I still have to have another scan and follow up appointment, but I am confident that I am receiving the best care. My problems are not easy to diagnose and treat but I feel that nothing is being overlooked or ignored, and I have been treated with dignity and respect, everything being explained more than once if necessary.

All the staff have been kind and efficient, and very patient with me. I never feel rushed or fobbed off as has happened in other hospitals.

What could be improved

Nothing as far as I am concerned - well done!
