What I liked

The Urgent Care centre is a godsend for Hertford and I would like to thank all the nurses who looked after me whilst determining my fractured metatarasal. The Nurse Practitioner was excellent, friendly and informative. The care was second to no, and the advice and help given to me when it turned out I had a fracture was fantastic. I was seen promptly and kept informed as to what was going on at every stage of my visit and consultation.

Thank you so much Hertford Urgent Care - you showed real care (and humour) in your care with me today

What could be improved

Absolutely nothing - well done on a fantastic facility long may it stay!
