Note:

My comment's relating to neurology but to several other clinic / department that I needed during 3-years of my health problems, too.

What could be improved

many things..... entire sistem is very bad.

it's very tragic that you still don't realize it!

all that high med. technology is useless... if no just a simple human approach.... in particular in relationship between doctors and patients.

there is something very wrong and unnecessary complicated in your NHS sistem!

Horrible!

one of the worst thing is "godlike position" of doctors and consultants.... "out of reach", never available for their patients....

patient cannot call his/her doctor or consultant in order to ask a question.... something what extremely bothers or concerns him... and what is really urgent

nothing without appointments! they've become somehow like "King's reception of his subjects".

very humiliating, really.

that means waiting, waiting.................................. a stressful waiting that might get even worse then the illness itself.

don't you know that longer/long waiting (for this, for that, for everything....) have very negative impact on very sick people who suffer alot?

very frustrating, really.

further on, doctors&consultants service is completely dissatisfactory.... whether due to their incompetence, negligence, rush, greed... etc. I don't know.

catastrophic!

etc.etc.etc..................

I could write a booklet about what is bad, but could have been improved!

however it would be a real ordeal for me due to my current unwell health condition and my insufficient english, too.

anyway, it would be something very good if you take into consideration "godlike position" of doctors and landing them down nearer to their miserable patients.

i would be very happy seeing the beginning of that process!
