"A good bunch at Sentinel"

Got a phone call from these guys to book me into a hospital. I spoke to a lad who was full of the winter bugs but had a sense of humour which was great, got me hospital appointment sorted.

Had to phone back later, ended up speaking to a girl who was also very helpful and rebooked my appointment.

I think they could do a better job answering the phone - when I called back took a while to get through.

I'm glad you had a good experiance of using our service and that you found the team very helpful.

In regard to answering the phone we have recently introduced monitoring of the call volumes in order to reduce call waiting time for patients.

We are also reveiwing our opening hours to further improve access.
