"A good, clean, caring hospital. An asset..."

About: Chapel Allerton Hospital

What I liked

I was treated with dignity and respect with regards to having a complete new knee replacement. The staff were most courteous and caring.

What could be improved

I would have liked to have had more physiotherapy after care. I feel that this would have been most beneficial and not just for myself. My sister in law had a new knee joint at the hospital just 2 weeks before me and she feels exactly the same as I do.

Anything else?

I feel I have started to get my life back with the new knee joint. In time, I hope to be at full strength. Everything is going to plan at the moment. Thankyou, so much.

Thank you for sharing your story on Patient Opinion and I am sorry for the delay in responding to you.

It was good to read about the success of your knee operation at Chapel Allerton Hospital.

I shall pass your comments onto the Patients Relations Manager and ask her to share these with the staff.
