What I liked

I have been attending Northwick park rheumatology department for some years now and cannot give the staff, from the clerical to the nursing staff enough praise, they are kind, caring and always cheerful, they make my visits a pleasure, I always feel they are working together to give their patients the best possible care, I have never been treated with anything other than courtesy and respect in all departments, from X-Ray, to haematology all are unfailingly helpful and cheerful.

What could be improved

It might seem incredible having read other comments, I can't believe they are talking about the same hospital, but I can't think of a thing that could be improved, for me, it is perfect.
