What I liked

staff in a&e were vry kind and good to me when i was addmitted this saturday just gone.

dr who examined me was very kind and good they listen to you and treated acordinly.

gave me iv pain relive would like to thank the staff and the dr that treated me that night .

they were real pros at there job. was addmited to E.A.U where things were totaly diff as to pain relive .

What could be improved

e.a.u staff rush about dont take time with patients and dont listen to you .

thats wat hap to me even my visitors noticed this on the ward .

next time i dont want go on this ward as to way some staff treat patients like cattle.i know thi ward is under presure for beds but there is no excuse for way some members staff treat you a retrain would be a good thing for them .and more staff on E.A.U would be better

Anything else?

E.A.U needs a good shke up staff seem to be too complacent. treat you like cattle well some members of staff do.got fed up telling nurses the pain relive offered was not working all had do was look at my files the A&E staff have no problems addminer morphine I.V to me and they listen to you . all in all was not impressed with A.E.U out of a ten only give it a 3 its a busy ward yes but staff just seem to rush some dont ave time of day for patients on there .
