"One word - Frustrated."

What could be improved

1. My father is 87 years old and has a regular eye test twice a year as he has glaucoma. We always make his next appointment at the time of the test. We were told on his last test (21st April 2010) that the system had changed and that we would be contacted at the appropriate time, ie. in six months, and issued with a date. that should have been October. We are now into December and the silence is deafening. What is happening?

2.I have tried on a number of occasions to contact the hospital by the telephone number on the website. It just rings out with no reply.

3.On the Hinckley Hospital website I have clicked on Overview and Departments and Services for information to see if there was another number to ring and both pages are blank!

Not Impressed!!
