Over the years, I am partial to developing Basal cell carcinoma (BCC). This required a small operation to remove one on my chest which was carried out very promptly.
Having recently spent time visiting a friend in long term hospital care, I am aware of the difficulties and cost of regular hospital visiting so being able to get this operation done at my local GP ( Keyworth medical centre) meant avoiding all this. I was out of my house for less than an hour including the travel and parking.
