What I liked
All the staff I have encountered at Hammersmith in the past two and a half years have been great, always happy to take time and help even when they were busy. Everyone from the cleaners and reception staff, porters, nurses, doctors right up to Consultants are very good indeed, I can honestly say it has been the best all-round service I have experienced across the NHS. Well Done and thank you.!
What could be improved
Car parking can bee a bit of a pain, and the renal clinic can get very busy at times. The few times I have had to use the transport service it has been a little hit and miss and can involve a long wait on occasion .
