What I liked

The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. My son was reassured and recieved excellent care from the nursing staff, Doctor and Radiologist. Over many years my family and I have had to use the minor injuries unit at minehead and without exception we have recieved high quality care. I am proud to have the hospital in my home town.

What could be improved

New build is in hand, keep all the human elements exactly as they are!
