What I liked

I was admitted to the Day Surgery unit for an arthroscopy on 30th November. I was well looked after throughout my visit and the staff were cheerful and pleasant. The ward looked very bright, neat and clean. Many thanks to the nurses, anaesthetist and surgeon - special thanks to one member of staff who took care of me during the afternoon. The tea and toast after the op was much appreciated.

What could be improved

Reception was a bit draughty and the mags needed updating a bit, but that's a minor point.
