What I liked
You can never get an appointment with the consultant. If they haven't made an appointment with the wrong person, or sent out a phantom letter to you, you might be lucky enough to see him. When you do, he barely looks you in the eye, ignores what you say, and tells you what's wrong with you rather than listening.
What could be improved
A different consultant. Someone more interested in their patient.
