"Thank you to the staff in day surgery"

About: Tameside General Hospital

(as the patient),

There are amazing staff at Tameside. I would especially thank Janice, Jayne and Chris. From the moment i arrived they put me at ease and plant a smile on my face. Their bedside manner is one of integrity, they're open and honest. They really are are like a little family and they give more than they should, they'll go the extra mile and more.

I'm aware of the reputation the N.H.S has, but if there are more people like Janice, Jayne and chris from the day surgey in the new building, this reputation will surely change. For me they are the face of the N.H.S. and if there reading this I would like to say thank you all three of you, you are a credit to your profession.

Happy xmas from the gentleman with the great slippers.

Thank you for posting these comments – I am very pleased to read that you feel we have amazing staff at Tameside Hospital. I will make sure the staff concerned see your kind comments about the high standards of care they achieved when you were a patient with us. I presume they’ll remember your slippers !
