"Poor dental care."

Whilst at work eating a sweet I broke one of my rear teeth almost in half. A large piece broke off and the filling came out. It was very painful.

I telephoned my dentist in Redcar. When I spoke to the receptionist she was most unhelpful. I told her I was in a large amount of pain and she told me that I would have to just put up with it until Monday at the earliest. This was Friday lunchtime.

I phoned back again, and she said she had already told me once that the dentist had no appointments until Monday at the earliest, and I would have to wait and put up with the pain.

Myself and my whole family are registered with this dentist and find the attitude of the receptionist quite rude and unacceptable. You should be treated better than this.
