I am writing to express my thanks to your staff following my recent CVS test at your hospital. I was very nervous on the day but was very well informed before the procedure took place and re-assured throughout the whole process which I have to say made things a lot easier.

I was very pleased with the care I received so just wanted to express my thanks in writing.
