What I liked
All the staff were reassuring and kind.I was treated like a person, not a number.I would have all the yucky tests I'm having ,here if I could.Doctor whose name I forgot (urology) made a nightmare I'd dreaded for weeks into a painless and gentle experience.Thanks Westwood Park staff.
What could be improved
Mozart playing, and a film of Spongebob squarepants

No, just thanks.It makes such a difference when you are facing scary stuff, to have people be compassionate, and smile, and put your mind at rest.To be human to them.
