What I liked
The staff at the Walk-in-clinic were fantastic. They had a personable attitude and were friendly. I only had to wait 30 minutes to see both a Nurse and a Doctor.
What could be improved
The cleanliness of the walk-in-centre was awful. In the consultation room where I was being seen, there were a number of urine samples being stored on the sink. The floor was dirty. The blue roll normally used as a barrier between patient and the bed was on the floor. The Nurse picked it up and laid it out - not exactly the most hygienic. The gauze dressing she used to clean my wound had already been opened prior to being used on my wound.
"cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired."
