What I liked
I have recently complained about the lack of disabled parking at the hospital,in particular the Beacon Centre.
I would now like to say that once I had resolved my own problems with access to the Beacon Centre I was really impressed with how I was treated once I actually got there. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly and I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity.
These comments also apply to everyone we met in the Old building on our way through to the Beacon Centre.
It makes such a difference when the Doctors/ Nurses/Porters etc look at you and smile rather than just rushing past and ignoring you. They are an example to the whole of Musgrove Hospital on how to treat patients and visitors. .
