About: Knowsley NHS Walk-in Centre, Halewood

(as the patient),

I think the service was fast and helpful and there was not hanging around. There was no need to book an op-ointment, and the nurses where very kind,

I was given treatment strait away and it has worked well!

However there could of been some kind of entertainment in the waiting area like a magazine or music or TV.

Thank you for taking the time to pass on comments which are always appreciated. We will pass on your comments to the team at Halewood regarding your experience.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide magazines due to infection control. There are currently TV screens in the reception area which provide information around health services within the borough, but again unfortunately we are unable to provide actual television programmes due to entertainment licences. Thanks again for your comments
