About: University Hospital Of North Durham

What could be improved

Lack of privacy at reception. Lined up on trolley for hours. Not enough Doctors!! Cubicle had not been cleaned with debris from previous patient on floor.eg syringe cover.Again lack of dignity for patients.Had read about this but never actually experienced it. Very disturbing.
