Nurse after x-ray was helpful

What could be improved

Time taken could have been better. Having a ligament problem no help given getting from A&E to x-ray and back. Doctor had to ask nurse about treatment required for the knee. Never explained what would be required. If nurse had not explained what had to be done , I would have been left to treat myself. Had to wait 1.5 hrs before any medical person saw me. In waiting room had to put up with shouting and a man waving a walking stick in the air.
