What I liked

I went for a colonoscopy and was treated in a professional and courteous manner from start to finish. The team work was excellent and they were efficient, professional, informative and humorous throughout. My family and I have been involved extensively with the NHS over recent times due to the illnesses of both parents and unfortunately have been appalled by many features of the service provision !

These events were not at Mount Vernon however and it was a pleasure to see proof that these problems are not universal !

I am truly grateful and appreciative of the whole team involved.

What could be improved

I was satisfied with the whole procedure.
