My appointment was at 11:30 to have a Tonsilectomy, I was early at 11:00. I was told to change into a gown and stockings then told someone would be with me soon. At 1:30 the Anethetist came along for a chat, some of my health details were missing even though I had given them to a Nurse at my pre admission. The nurse then said that I wont have to wait long.

In between 2pm and 5pm I saw no-one and no-one came to me to make sure I was "ok". At 5pm I was collected to go to have my operation, they tried five times to find a vein in my arms.they reassured me and made me feel comfortable in hospital. The nurse was an asset to Spencer Wing
