Transport was booked 3 weeks ago and i need my friend to escort me to my appointment. The space for my friend/escort on the ambulance had not been allocated and so i had to cancel my appointment.
The second instance was when a space had been allocated for my friend/escort, but no appointment had been booked.
Finally on the third attempt both a space for my friend/escort and an appointment had been made, so all was fine.
I feel all this was unnecessary and could have been avoided by simple communication.
Services at the hospital are very good, only the transport is a problem.
