What I liked

I was unexpectedly added to the already full lists for 16,17,& 18th November in the rheumatology day care unit. None of this extra work seemed to fluster the excellent staff who dealt with me in a friendly polite and very professional manner. I can only hope that if you are unlucky enough to need this type of care then you should wish for the same level of care that I received in Cannock.

I would like to offer my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all involved in my care, and wish all the very best to staff and patients alike in the future.

What could be improved

More staff needed to allow them time to take a well earned break.
