"A great all round team on F21 at QMC"

My wife is currently an inpatient on ward F21. I have attended every day and observed various patients and staff.

I would just like to convey to relatives and friends of patients, the remarkable dedication, cheerful demeanour and obvious camaraderie of all staff members that I have encountered. If a patient gets emotional, you blink and a nurse, dark or light blue uniform, has an arm around a shoulder and serenity once again ensues.

It is often a dirty, smelly job (I certainly couldn't do it - no patience with impatient patients) and yet the job is carried out with a smile for all, patients and visitors alike. Ask a question and you are answered honestly, or referred to another who may be more knowledgeable on your query.

Of course there are the best of the best, Dark blue K, Light blue L - missed you earlier this week. But seriously, you don't name individuals because it is a great all round team. The Chelsea of QMC deserve a big Thank You.
