What I liked

I visited the out of hours unit saturday the 13th of november for an infection in my hand, I first spoke to the doctor on the phone who advised me to go to the out of hours at the hospital, the staff at the hospital were excellent, friendly, professional and kind, the ladies in reception were so helpful keeping me informed of how long I would have to wait, the nurse and doctor who treated me were so professional, informative and kind.
