What I liked
I have to say that every part of my 13 day stay at the hospital was amazing. At the start I felt very unwell and emotional and everyone did all they could to alleviate my fears. With the help and encouragement of all the nursing staff, my physio and the Drs, I made a good recovery. I believe this happened only because I was at the Min. The positivity shown and the way we were treated like individuals filtered down to every patient and there was a lovely atmosphere. Like I said, I cannot complain about any part of my treatment or care. Since I was discharged I have told many people how marvellous it was. No-one wants to be in hospital and I have been in a few in my lifetime. So unlike other hospitals, I hope that the Min will remain unchanged for many years to come. My sincere thanks to all.
What could be improved
No sorry I can't think of anything.
