What could be improved

I was appalled to find that on my last vist the disabled bays have vanished from to entrance to the multi storet car park.

There were already too few spaces for blue bage holders and now I must assume the reason is to extract more money form disabled sick people.

Thank you for your email. The disabled parking bays that you refer to have been moved to a more appropriate area, and the new location is sign posted as you approach the main entrance of the hospital.
