What I liked

I visited A&E for my kid. The waiting was long, the reception staff was not friendly. The Pediatric Doctor was good, very respectful and explain things clearly. The nurse was not so good, condescending in claiming that my child was crying out of pure anxiety instead of pain in front of her!

What could be improved

Retain your receptionist and nurses with compassion and child psychology. Give children some stickers and certificate to pleasant their experience.

Anything else?

avoid it if you can. It was in poor management (staff attitude is a clear indication).
