(as the patient),

All I want to say is that I have always been treated very good with kindness, understanding and dignity. I have for a few years had mental health problems which consisted of severe anxiety, panic attacks and going to hospital always. It is very hard for me. Everyone has helped me to get through it and I wish I could do something to help all you wonderful people.
