Mr Rayter - thank you - this surgeon is a surgeon who is very competent and approachable
Dr Beresford - thank you - this oncologist is very good and carried out person centred care
Due to lack of nursing staff, they had to be task orientated as they did not have time to get to know the person. Although I did not feel very happy in the hospital due to task-orientated approach, I am very thankful I am alive :)
