What I liked

We liked the kind caring staff in the Emergency Department especially the Triage Nurse and the doctor who saw our daughter. She was lovely and showed us such kindness and care. We were referred onto the ENT department for the following day, who rang first thing to confirm the appointment and then when we attended that afternoon, the staff were all absolutely lovely, the nurse, the doctor and his senior colleague were a credit to the hospital. We couldn't have asked for better treatment.
