Went to the NHS Sheffield central clinic for a Physio appointment.
Signage sent me to the top floor where the rude receptionist finally gave up trying to ignore us and sent us back downstairs, where the less rude receptionist sent us down the corridor to the lovely friendly receptionist who told us where to wait.
Whist we waited the receptionist was clearly playing, and enjoying loudly, a game on the reception PC.
Not very impressed.
