Everything from Patient care to the manners of all staff based within the Trust>

I went to a monthly consultation with my fertility consultant (who shall not be named!)

to be told "the drugs are not working" "you need a gastric band",

I felt humiliated, depressed and totally worthless, in tears, I left the consulation room in the out patients (which was very dirty), my partner was asked by the Consulatn concerned "why did i leave the room" if the doctor did not know then they should, not be working within the health care system.

I have vowed never to return to South Tyneside Hospital and have changed all my care for various medical conditions to another Trust.

I am extremely disappointed to learn you had such a negative experience when you visited our hospital and would like investigate this further.
