What I liked
Nothing
What could be improved
Everything, treatment of staff.
Anything else?
Discharged from dsu after having dental surgery whilst unfit to go home, no help whatsoever from nurses, they never toldme my mouth would fill up with blood, no tissues or cups provided, only until a patient came to clean me up as i was drooling and out of it due to anaesthetic it took me a while longer to come round, which the nurses knew of from pprevious surgeries, and they refused to help me to the toilet, when i came back afte being assisted by another patient as the nurses watched my bed was gone and was told to sit in some chair that was not comfrtable ad kept falling off on. They then rang my dad to come pick me up 2 hours whilst i was in theatre recovery, and when he arrived i was forced to get dressed, and doped up on paracetamol to help with pain, and was still drowsy and they blamed it on the drugs just prescribed. The dr advised them to discharge me when i am fit, i was no way fit and nurses referring to me as a lazy sloth??? What kind of professionalism is that. Only when did the junior nurse not know what a sloth was, did the senior nurse log on to hospital computers and google a sloth! Then to use hospital phones to make private calls making fun of patients already in that recvery room. Absolutley disspointed by this hospital, had a chance to go to st marys but turned it down as nmg was closer, never again.
