What I liked

I experienced the emergency services for the first time last night and must tell you how impressed I was.

The paramedics who arrived at our house only minutes after they were called were extremely helpful and caring and I felt my health issue was being dealt with in a very professional manner. Also the staff at the A&E at Lister as well as the Maternity Suite both of which I had to 'visit' last night were wonderful. It must be very hard working night shifts in health care and especially on a Friday (!) - but the staff were all friendly, attentive and above all super professional. Thanks for taking such good care of me :-) xx
