What I liked

The hospital was dirty. All used sheets were left bagged up in the bathroom of the room that was being used in the maternity unit. The staff were rude and some of the Drs were just as rude.

After 23 years nothing has truly changed.

What could be improved

Perhaps, start again. Employ people that want to work with people and understand that peopl are very vunerable and possibly scared when they are not feeling too well.

Anything else?

Start from the top. A ship is only as good as the captain that controls it.
